Following Your Parcel
Every order gets a tracking reference, emailed to you the moment the parcel leaves us. From there the courier’s own portal shows where it is, right through to the handover at your door. If something looks wrong along the way, support is ready to help.
What It Costs and How Long It Takes
Complimentary Delivery: Automatically applied to orders of R1 500 or more
Flat-Rate Postage: R99 for all orders under R1 500
Leaves us in: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
On the road: 2-5 business days via a tracked courier (metro areas typically faster)
What Arrives at Your Door
Nothing on the outside of the box says what is inside it. No logo, no company name, and a label that describes the contents in no useful way at all. The sender reads as a neutral trading name. Inside, seeds travel in a crush-resistant container, which matters more than it sounds on a rural run where a parcel may be handled several times and left in a roadside box.
Transit Times by Province
Count the figures below in business days, and start counting from the day the courier collects rather than the day you order. Metro addresses land at the quick end of each range. The Northern Cape and the smaller towns sit at the far end simply because the routes run less often — nothing about the parcel changes.
Farm and rural addresses are the one case where these numbers can slip, and it is better said here than discovered later. If that is you, plan on the long end of the range. The tracking is there either way, so you are never guessing about where the parcel has got to.
If Nothing Comes Up
Seeds are perishable, so an opened pack cannot come back to us. What covers you instead is the germination guarantee: if they do not sprout using the method we recommend, send us photographs within 30 days of delivery and replacements go out at no charge.
