How delivery works here

What to enter above

Your dispatch email carries both a tracking number and an order number beginning with RKSZA. Either one brings up the same timeline.

The first few days are quiet

Scans begin once the parcel is physically handled, not when the label is created, so an empty timeline shortly after dispatch is normal rather than a warning sign.

Street address or PO Box

A parcel addressed to a PO Box is placed in your box or held at that branch. A street address is delivered where the round allows, and left with a notification slip if nobody can take it.

Collecting from a branch

If a slip arrives, the parcel is waiting at the branch named on it. Bring the slip and your ID. Branches hold parcels for a limited period before sending them back, so collect as soon as you can.

Distance still matters

Deliveries to the main metros settle faster than the Northern Cape, Limpopo, the Eastern Cape interior and other outlying areas, where the last leg can add several days.

Talk to us, not the counter

If the timeline has not changed in roughly a week, reply to your order email. Chasing it from our side is quicker than queuing at a branch.
