Will Kilimanjaro handle a South African summer outdoors? Yes. Put this 30/70 sativa in the ground between September and November and you will be cutting from March to May. When do I switch to bloom feed? As soon as pistils show, not a fortnight later. The 30/70 genetics changes its demand sharply at the transition: phosphorus and potassium uptake rises while nitrogen demand falls away. Soil growers can top-dress with guano and sulphate of potash; coco and hydro growers should move to a low-N, high-PK formula immediately.

The first thing Kilimanjaro does at 18% THC is lift it with a bright, nearly effervescent citrus. The energetic, happy, uplifted effects follow within minutes, as a sharpening rather than a lift: colour reads more saturated, music holds more detail, conversation wanders further than it would have. It runs two to three hours on a plateau instead of a peak, so nothing drops out from under you at the end. Pinene sits underneath all of it, adding an alertness that keeps thinking crisp.

Leading with Limonene, then Pinene, and Terpinolene underneath. Read across a cure, these three compounds do not stay in the same order. Fresh off the dry, limonene leads. Who does well with Kilimanjaro? Indoor growers who want the harvest date to be their decision. Outdoor growers who want to choose the moment flowering starts. Anyone with the room and the patience to veg it properly before flipping.
