Will AK-48 handle a South African summer outdoors? Yes. Put this 51/49 hybrid in the ground between September and November and you will be cutting from March to May. Organic soil cut with 30% perlite and amended with bone meal, rock phosphate and kelp meal gives the fuller flavour, and all three are stocked by garden centres, agricultural co-ops and hydro shops countrywide. Soil growers can top-dress with guano and sulphate of potash; coco and hydro growers should move to a low-N, high-PK formula immediately.
