How much can go wrong before it shows? Some. Anyone who understands pH, a feeding schedule and a light cycle will be fine. Neglect it entirely and it will suffer, but a single missed watering will not undo the grow.

Which medium suits it best? Depends what you are optimising for. Organic soil cut with 30% perlite and amended with bone meal, rock phosphate and kelp meal gives the fuller flavour, and all three are stocked by garden centres, agricultural co-ops and hydro shops countrywide. Run it hotter, or burn it, and the three collapse into one — still pleasant, but without the separation that makes this cultivar worth paying attention to.

Mimosa is a reasonable fit for growers with the basics already in place. Understand pH, know roughly what nutrient ratios do, and be able to hold a light cycle — it will not carry you, but it does not punish the occasional slip either. Photoperiod genetics leave size and timing in your hands — hold it in veg for a bigger plant, or flip early when headroom is the constraint.
