About Six Shooter Feminised
The way to plan Six Shooter is backwards from the day you intend to cut, with 610-915 g/m² (~ 550 g/m²) per square metre indoors and > 709 g/pland (> 700 g/plant) per plant outdoors as the figures you are working toward, at 16% THC. Count 7-8 weeks back from that date and you have your flip date. Weight comes on evenly across 7-8 weeks, with a late surge that punishes impatience. The 44/56 balance gives you stacking density and broad trichome cover together. Outdoors, late March to late April is the sweet spot — after the summer humidity has broken, before the first Highveld frost.
Where the Weight Actually Comes From
Yield on Six Shooter — the 610-915 g/m² (~ 550 g/m²) indoors and > 709 g/pland (> 700 g/plant) outdoors quoted above — is decided in three short stretches of the 7-8 weeks bloom rather than evenly across it.
The first ten days after the flip. Whatever stretch happens here sets your canopy, and an uneven canopy wastes light for the remainder of the grow. Stretch of 30-40% is normal. One round of low-stress training on the tallest shoots levels it out.
Weeks three to five. This is when limonene production climbs, and it answers to the gap between day and night temperature rather than to either number on its own. Keep at least 6-8°C between them. Outdoor growers in the interior provinces get that swing free in March and April; indoors, aim for 25-26°C lights-on against 18-20°C lights-off, with potassium-led bloom feed at EC 1.6-1.8.
The last ten to fourteen days. Stop feeding, flush with pH-corrected water, and read trichomes daily under a 60x loupe. Cut at 10-15% amber to keep both sides of the hybrid in play. Outdoors that usually lands between late March and mid-April.
Difficulty: moderate. In flower for 7-8 weeks. Stands 100-140 cm. Indoors it returns 610-915 g/m² (~ 550 g/m²). Outdoors, > 709 g/pland (> 700 g/plant) a plant.
Aroma, Flavour and Effect
The first thing Six Shooter does at 16% THC is lift it with a bright, nearly effervescent citrus. The relaxed, creative, calm effects follow within minutes, across head and body at once. Thinking stays clear while muscle tension drains off, which leaves the dose as the deciding factor — light for the afternoon, heavier and it moves into the evening without a jolt. Caryophyllene sits underneath all of it, adding a grounding warmth that keeps the whole thing anchored.
The Aromatic Three
Leading with Limonene, then Caryophyllene, and Linalool underneath. Read across a cure, these three compounds do not stay in the same order. Fresh off the dry, limonene leads. After three or four weeks in sealed glass at 16-18°C the linalool undertone comes up and the bouquet gains a layer it did not have at harvest. Vaporising between 180°C and 195°C captures the widest span of them — run it hotter and the volatile linalool molecules are the first thing you lose.
Suitability and Recommendations
Who does well with Six Shooter? Indoor growers who want the harvest date to be their decision. Outdoor growers who want to choose the moment flowering starts. Anyone with the room and the patience to veg it properly before flipping. It is rated moderate, which in practice means a moderate learning curve that rewards attention without needing laboratory conditions. Sent nationwide in plain, unbranded packaging, with sourced grow data on every strain page.

Six Shooter runs through our F4 programme. Four cycles of phenotype selection have removed the worst of the trait variation; what is left is a tight, predictable population for production.
Stabilise the Six Shooter cross over four selection rounds.
Chosen for balanced indica/sativa expression, terpene fidelity and pack-to-pack uniformity.
